I provide therapy to teens and adults who struggle with a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, parent-child relationship, grief and loss, infertility, interpersonal challenges, trauma, family of origin, stress management, and life transitions. I practice with a combination of therapeutic approaches in an effort to best meet your individual needs.

A key to your success in therapy is in building a safe and trusting relationship with your therapist. To support your journey and to address any of your questions or concerns, I offer a free 15-minute telephone consultation. Once you decide that we are a good match, we can start our work together.
