Anxiety can feel like you are experiencing overwhelming worries, fears, and panic. It can feel like you are struggling to think clearly and logically. Anxiety can be triggered by a specific event, situation or by an accumulation of factors.
A loss of hope and interest in activities you once enjoyed as well as changes to sleep, appetite, and focus are all common symptoms of depression. Depression can be experienced as a single event or as an ongoing challenge. It can feel like you are helplessness and powerless to your mood and to your circumstances.
Struggling to make sense of grief and loss can be overwhelming and difficult navigate on your own. You may be feeling isolated and lonely. Grief and loss can include the loss of a loved one, the loss of a pregnancy, or the loss of hope around fertility. You may also experience loss and grief related to changes in your own identity.
